SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders with 11 or fewer bottles will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00, and 12 or more bottles will be shipped free of charge.
Once orders are processed and packed, you can expect delivery within 2-6 working days, depending on the location. (slightly longer for rural deliveries) We will email tracking information to you once the wine has shipped.
IMPORTANT: You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that both you and the person receiving the delivery are 18 years or older.
All alcohol deliveries require an adult signature and cannot be left unattended. Deliveries will only be made to a person aged 18 years or older. Valid photo identification may be required upon delivery.
Worldwide shipping available to Australia, the UK, EU, USA, China, Hong Kong, Switzerland & Singapore.
IMPORTANT: You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to purchase alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that both you and the recipient meet this requirement.

Monte Christo Winery partners with Wine Collective Direct (WCD), a trusted New Zealand-based wine shipping supplier to manage our export orders.
Our international wine shipping rates include all import/export taxes and insurance, ensuring a seamless experience from our door to yours. We use sustainable Thermo Eco, shatterproof packaging and climate-controlled transport to protect your wine during transit.
Tracking details will be emailed once the wines are exported from New Zealand.

*USA – We are currently unable to ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Michigan, Mississippi, South Dakota, Utah and Vermont.
EU / Switzerland – All orders will ship in 9 bottle boxes, up to 18 bottles; any quantity can be ordered.
Please note: Estimated delivery times frames are not guaranteed and can be subject to delay without notification. Reasons for delay can include weather holds, customs processing, airline & shipping line delays and general logistics delays.
Wine received damaged upon delivery will be replaced or fully refunded. Please contact hello@montechristowinery.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you paid for, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it!
