SHIPPING ORDERS & RETURNS

Wine is a perishable item, so it’s best to use a business address when possible for deliveries so that your shipment is signed for and kept out of extreme heat or cold.

COST
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipments with 11 or fewer bottles will be charged a flat-rate of $10.00
Shipments with 12 or more bottles will be shipped free of charge

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We will endeavour to process shipping orders within 1-2 working days.

Once orders are processed, you can expect delivery within 2-6 working days, depending on the location. (slightly longer for rural deliveries)

Monte Christo Winery cannot guarantee the precise date and time for your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For shipping orders to the US, Australia, UK, Northern Ireland, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Hong Kong, please visit our International store at Wine Collective Direct. 

Shop in your own currency, and the wine bottle pricing includes all freight, delivery, import taxes and fees – directly to your door! (based on 15 bottles ordered)

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Wine received damaged upon delivery will be replaced or fully refunded. Please contact hello@montechristowinery.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you paid for, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it!
